These are transfer route function codes that serve a specific purpose.

Function code	Use
AUTOF	'Automatic forwarding' type of automatic transfer. Can also be used with a suffix for transfer chaining and ordering.
AUTOT	'Automatic transfer' type of automatic transfer. Can also be used with a suffix for transfer chaining and ordering.

Pre-defined Transfer Route Function Codes

These are transfer route function codes that are pre-defined in the VC/m installation and represent typically-used transfer types. Unlike reserved transfer route function codes, they are not processed in any specific way.

Function code	Use
DELETE	For transfers that delete an object from the VC/m environment. With this type of transfer, the 'To location' would be some kind of null location that does not map anywhere.
IN	For a transfer that checks and object version in to the library.
OUT	For a transfer that checks and object version out of the library.
REGISTER	For a transfer that registers components as objects in the VC/m environment.
XFER	For a standard transfer.
