Since IPM.General.ModuleInfo is XML enabled, XMLTYPEs of all its child classes must be able to differentiate from each other.

So set it differently to avoid having the same XMLTYPE (default to be "ModuleInfo" taken from the classname) with IPM.Storage.ModuleInfo
