To run VC/m, log into the Caché/M system and enter the following command:

do ^%vc

In order to use VC/m, you must have a valid user ID set up. If you are using Windows 2000 or later, UNIX /Linux or OpenVMS, the account name that you logged in with is usually used. If you are not logged into your operating system, you are prompted for a user ID. In all cases, the user ID and associated access levels must be set up by the VC/m system manager before you can use VC/m.
